If the Department of Overseas Trade

have had full details of this project for some time

they might at least have sent us a copy, but

possibly they assumed that the Governor would report

direct, as I think he might well have done. In

writing to the D.O.T., therefore, I think we might

say the S. of S. would be interested to have further

details of the scheme, which it is understood are in

the possession of the Department.
